I have the same thing. I always get headaches, I have a eeling like i'm not all there, like i'm congested in my head or something.

Isn't it awful to feel like that all the time. Are you on any medication?

No, i've tried some medicines, but they never help. My sr. Put me on clartin, for allergies, but I didn't work. So I just live with it. My nose is always stuffed up, and my head feels congested. But when I take a hot shower, and breathe in that steam, it actually helps clear my nose. Either that, or I use nasal spray.
