Q: Bumps In Stomach Due to Constipation?

I´m 3 1/2 months pregnant and lately, i´ve been constipated. I´ve noticed that since the constipation started, when I lie on my back, sometimes I can feel and actually see a "bump" rise in my stomach area. More or less it´s located closer to the belly button rather than the pubis. It´s rather hard and depending on the day, it can be located in the middle, to the left or right. It doesn´t hurt but I worry that it might affect the baby somehow. Is this food that is "stuck" in my intestines?
Thanks in advance!
