Has anyone had a skin tag, that seems to be falling off??? I have one that is on my neck, and it's turning black. I don't know if its falling off or what. Someone please help with this

Oh I forgot to mention, I think my necklass is causing it to do this, it'll get snagged on my necklass, and pull on it. I looked up skin tags and they all say they are harmless, but I just need to be reassured
