First let me say that this is not a std releated (still a virgin).

Last week my penis is hurting bad. The next day I tried masturbating and the pain returned. I dont feeling any buring or itching while urinating. A little sting here and there which I assume was due to the urethra itself. After a little research on this board I might have a mild case of urethritis where the uthrea is just sore from overuse. I then stop masturbating for about 5 days. Where it slowly got better.
Yesterday, I decided to give it a test-run and I felt fine afterwards and throught the day. However this morning, my penis and urethra feels mildly sore.

Is this something that can go away on its own and just let it heal? It dont really want to go the doctor unless I have to
