I cant take these anymore 2ice a day 3
times day none for a day then 6 for 3
days in a row please someone reausre me.
Ive had ekg done in september sress test
in 05 now there more and more persistent
the more I stress about them te more they
come it seems but still I feel like if
they woulnt come I woulnt be stressed.
Theother night I had like 1 r 2 a minute
for like 10 minutes I was so paranoid.
Tooka chill pill and went ot bed .
Yesterday at work I was stressing out and
boom, boom boom like 3 of em. Sometimes I
get them when im totaly calm too.

Ill just be sitting there or get up and
ill feel a thump in my chest on my throat,
sometimes it feels like a couple of them
are out of rhytim for like seconds, I dont
think it has to do with blood pressure.

I have the same thing. My heart races and
then theres the boom boom boom where it
feels like its going up or down a ladder
real fast. I get it in my throat too.
Its the esophagus spasm. Which I didnt
beleive at first becuase it truly feels
like its your heart. It can be caused by
stress, panic disorder, or heartburn-acid
relux. I will be totally relaxed watching
tv at night and then there it is. I have
all of the above, and when I am in mid
panic attack the thumping in conjunction
with the racing heart feels like I am
having a heart attack.
