Should I be doing regular exercises during pregnancy? I am nearly 35 weeks pregnant and haven't been doing any exercises as my midwife hasn't mentioned anything. I want to go for a walk most of the time but it's too hot because of the heat wave! Ive been thinking about swimming but I hate it that much I haven't been please help
