Q: Side Obliques

Hey.

I was wondering if anyone knows any good exercises to work these babies.

Mine are starting to get flabby... And i've been doing exercises for my abs... Just don't know how to get them obliques.
Any ideas?

Do cross crunches. A normal crunch only you go to the left and right instead of straight up.

Man.... I'm working out my abs every single days, but they don't wanna come out... :(

those are veeeeeeeeery difficult...

Something that you can try is lay down on your back, raise your legs and do a big circle with your leg straight. In this way you can work out all your abs.

Standing up hold a weight with your left hand and flex your right side abs.
Do 20 reps then do the opposite.

3 set of this.

Cross crunches. 30 reps 3 set
