Q: Itching on Penis and Pubic Area after Masturbation

what kind of infection can I have from this sitution where someone (female) masturbated me by hand, and then I had itching on my penis and around my pubic area?

There is No pain during urination and No discharge symptoms

It doesn't seem likely that you have an infection but you may be experiencing some allergic reaction to a product, soap, etc.. You may wash the affected area with warm water and soap. If a rash shows up, you can go to your GP for further examination and diagnosis.
