Q: Short of Breath

Hi, I am new to this forum so please bear with me.
I have been experiencing shortness of breath and swollen lymph nodes in the throat...

Its like it feels like I have to take a deep breath to get enough oxygen. I'm not sure that its in the lungs, it feels like more in the chest...

I am taking allegra d 24 hr, and prevacid.

Also, my cardiologist had diagnosed me with "cardiac arryhthmia" a while back. He said that it wasnt serious enough to take any action over it after doing several ekgs and a holter monitor for 4 days if this makes any difference.
