Q: Mole Not Sure

I have some thing like a mole in the size of a pencil erazer on my back. It has been on my back for more than 2 years. It has a ring like edge and is pale inside. It feels itchy :oops: but no other change. Looks like a ringworm but the center is raised and pale and has been for long time. Can u pls answer what it could be? Tks
