Q: rapid heart beat with heart pain and vomiting

I am 17 years old and for the past week..My heart has been constantly been beating above its normal rate..An I have been feeling like a tight chest cavity..An my heart seems to be hurting a bit..I have never had any heart problems or any disorders or diseases..When I wake up on mornings sometimes I cant breathe properly..And last night I was on my bed an I just started vomiting..Also I havent got much of an appitite but I have been eating tho..But I have also been feeling weak..And I dont know if it is something serious or not so please help

Maybe it could be server anxeity attacks. My kinda started out like that

I strongly suggest you see a doctor, it's highly unlikely it's anything urgent as you are very young.Still on the off chance it's better to be safe then sorry.

To me it sounds like stress, or you could be having panic attacks, but any chest pain no matter how old you are is a big deal go get it checked out!

Same thing happening to me ...
A similar thing is happening to me, only I usually start thinking about an event im nervous to attend and i try to push to the back of my mind which probably isnt the best solution and in the end i usually wind up getting sick. For instance my first date with a girl i really liked from work, and a party with some people i did not feel comfortable around .. I try to rise above it but i cant ... Any ideas ?
