My axiety has been doing well since the bad days of winter, I go out more, work out more and stuff. There is one thing I cant shake off and thats the skipped , missd beats thumps outa rythym beats wtv you wanna call the.
Ill get them sometimes when im nervous, sometimes if im working out sometimes when im totaly calm. Sometimes ill get a thump or a ocuple of beats outta rhytym. Smetimes once or 2ice a day for a couple of days sometimes I wont get them for days even a week. Sometimes I gte thumps im not even sure if thats what they are I know it sounds weird but its true sometimes im not sur eif thats what ive just felt but most teh time I definitly know!

Over the last 2 years ive seen a cardio and ive had a stress test not for this and I wasent getting them regular like now. One day in september however I had a panic attack and had a ekg done, altho I dint have one at the time of the ekg they said my herat was fine. I also had routine blood tests cbt last summer.

if something serious was wrong it wuold of been pickd up right. These beats is the only thing keepin my anxiety going its realy frustrating.

Today I dint have one but im supper anxious and I feel tired and sluggish.
It sucks cuz ive been doing real better.

Skipped Beats 2
Hey there,

i get the same thing you do and i, too, think it it's all related to my anxiety. When it happens, I always start thinking that my heart is going to stop or something. It's scary as hell....

Do you take any medication for your anxiety at all? I used to take effexor but now I haven't taken it in awhile. I'm trying to combat this thing on its own.

Like you said though, I can go weeks without any skipped beats and then boum I get one. Last week I got real nervous playing softball for some reason and got a bunch of skipped beats.

Getting my heart monitored in a few weeks but doctor thinks my heart is fine.

Good luck with that and keep me posted on how you are doing.

Take care,

l
