Q: Something Wrong?

I'm almost 3 months pregnant, and for the past few days i've been noticing a light brown discharge in my underware. It started after I felt this larger amount of discharge (except a lighter color) come out...It felt as if I was having my period. I also have been feeling cramps that are slightly stronger than the ones that i've been having pretty much throughout the entire pregnancy. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Any bleeding in pregnancy can be a cause for concern, you should really go see your doctor.

Another thing I just found a couple minutes ago - I noticed that some tissue passed from my vagina. And that 'light brown discharge' I mentioned earlier, it came out in a gush of fluid. It didn't look like blood, it was almost clear (just ever-so-slightly brown).

I just wanted to know if anyone has some sort of idea what this is, before I ask my doctor.

We can't tell you for sure what it is. You should really contact your doctor immediately. If you can't get in touch with him/her, I suggest going to the emergency room.

You need to call your doctor. No one here can tell you what it is. They can only tell you what they think it might be.

Brown blood is old blood. But I don't know what it could mean for you.

It can be completely normal to have some first trimester bleeding. Or, then again, it may not be. Everything depends on your situation. Are you high rist? How many weeks are you? Are you carrying multiples? What is your age? Has this happened before? Is this your first pregnancy? Etc, etc.
