Q: Coming off Implanon contraceptive...how long before Concepti

I Have been on the implanon contraceptive since October and came off it the 6th June due to problems occuring from it. My dh and I have decided to try for our 4th child,could you tell me roughly how long it takes for the implant to come out of the system,as im still awaiting for my af.

Birth Control Answer A1208

Usually several months (3-5) of regular ovulation are required after coming off contraceptive shots before conception is possible. Two years is the maximum waiting period.
