My top 2 abs are very small, theyre like 2 x .5 inches and they go in the exact same direction as my rip cage bone, so you cant even tell that they are abs, it just looks exactly like its part of my rip cage bone. And the 2 middle abs are about 3 times as big as the upper 2, and my bottom 2 abs are about twice as big the the upper. And my left abs are noticibly bigger than the right. Its very ugly looking. Looks like I have a unporportional 4-pack thats over an inch away down from my pecks.
Have I been working out incorrectly to get them looking like this? Is there anything I can do to make them look more proportional?
