I always wondered about the numbers. I
seem to have problems with transposing
numbers, esepcially if I am saying them
out loud. Combinations like 676 I read
as 767 or something like 3854 I might read
as 8345. Its something that has always
been a slight annoyance for me but I never
gave it much thought other than i'm not
paying attention enough. However, my
boss has pointed it out to me several
times and I find it embarassing. Maybe
i'm just not concentrating enough but
being that i've always had this problem it
has made me wonder.

How Do I Know If My Daughter Has Dyslexia? Posted: 02-10-04 21:58pm
My daughter is 6 yrs old and she is having
problems in school. She is already being
held back for next year. Now my
ex-husband thinks that she has dyslexia,
but I think that he is just not helping
her. I mean she can pronounce her
sounds, she write very neatly and
correctly nothing is backwards. He going
on that he has this and that she
automatically has this. I don't have
this, so I figure she has a 50-50% chance
I don't see no signs or symptoms of this
and her teacher seems to think that it is
just her immaturity( she has been a
teacher for 37 years). What other signs
and symptoms are there to dyslexia?
