Its not really back pain but involves the back. I'm feeling this weird tingly feeling on the right side of my back. Is it because I haven't been getting enough exercise or haven't been active lately since for last few days I have been at home sitting around and doing stuff. I haven't gone outside much this week. If it isn't, what might be the cause of this feeling?

Give some more details...It might be posturally related...But your question and description were just a bit vague

Me too sometimes.
I also have a wierd feeling in the right side of my back that happens for about 10 seconds from time to time...I think that this has something to do with nerves because ive been having anxiety problems lately and i think that is what is causing them. But overall i dont think it is something to be worried about.
