I was recently tested for chlamydia and gonnheria. Ive been married for 4 years and have been completely faithful. I was tested for all stds 1 1/2 yrs ago when I was pregnant, and all was normal. If I have these stds does that mean my spouse has cheated on me or could I have gotten this disease before we were married and it just didnt show up on the tests?

Hi im pregnant at the moment and ive been tested and all are fine these tests are very accurate to insure your babys health is safe. so im sorry to say but i think your husband must be or have been unfaithful sorry if this has upset you just being honest. All the best
