I was out of the country for about a month, we had no ac and no refridgerator, but I carried a nuvaring with me for that month. I kept it in my room which was cooler than outside but certainly warmer than regular room temperature. I know they are supposed to be refrigerated and they supposedly activate at temps above 88f. To be safe, when the time came to put it in, I used it until I came home, which was about 4 days later, and then I put in a new one that had been refridgerated. Since then ive had sex, is this safe, should I worry?
