I started taking yaz like 5 1/2ish days after my period when would that be effective?? And is it normal for my period to not come at all of 2 or 3 days when im on the inactive pills?

Your pill is effective in 7 days =)

some women take 3-4 inactive pills before they will get a period, and some women on yaz do not get periods at all because of the placebo week being so short!
