If one of your pupils is a different size that can be a sign of a tumor in the brain or surrounding area tissue, pituitary etc. You should have that checked out. Hypoglycemics can get pituitary tumors which is causing the hypoglycemia. Not saying you have it just saying the pupils isn't a normal thing to vary in size, they should be equal. My co-worker had that and it was the above, she had surgery and was fine afterwards. Pupils and sugar balance returned to normal.
