If one of your pupils is a different size that can be a sign of a tumor in the brain or surrounding area tissue, pituitary etc. You should have that checked out. Hypoglycemics can get pituitary tumors which is causing the hypoglycemia. Not saying you have it just saying the pupils isn't a normal thing to vary in size, they should be equal. My co-worker had that and it was the above, she had surgery and was fine afterwards. Pupils and sugar balance returned to normal.

Just in case anyone reads this and worries, if you have pancreatic tumors, a correct diet won't correct the problem and you can actually eat bad foods. The symptoms are continuous.

The thing is though my pupils arent always uneven

only when im feeling bad and its not always the same pupil larger than the other if you get what I mean.

Continous uneven pupil dilation im sure would indicate something more serious?

Yeah, as you've noticed it's only when you're feeling bad. It's just the sugar. I know how you feel though, so don't feel bad. I went on so many different cancer kicks in my day it wasn't even funny. Cancer this and cancer that. As I always say, though at the time it happens they can be frightening depending on what they are, never worry about a symptom unless it persists for a long time with no let up or does not get better when your sugar is stable.

If you had this condition you wouldn't be saying that. Symptoms that are frightening don't last an hour, they will come and go for an extended period. I never said not to go to a doctor, that's obviously always a good idea to be sure, but after awhile they'll get stick of you coming. If you have a general test and it doesn't show anything, and you have this to begin with, there is rarely anything else you need to correct.

I am not on drugs, but sometimes my pupils dialate.. ppl think I am on drugs, but have been clean for over 3 years now. I have been diagnosied with hypoglycemia.. is there a connection?

it isnt an UNeven dialation.. both a dialated.. pretty much the same..please help, I am tired of being accused of using drugs!
