It seems that your husband needs help from a mental health professional. He may have a mental condition that is not yet diagnosed. You'll need to be vigilant and look out for yourself. You can also seek counseling for possible issues of co-dependency. There are support groups such as CoDA (Co-Dependents Anonymous) or you can seek advice from a trusted elder, cleric, or family member.
