:? I have been experiencing headaches and sinus pressure for close to 6 months and have made numerous appts to my doctor and they did a sinus ct and nothing and nothing neurological according to the doctor. I am getting tired of it and sometimes at night I have bouts where I cant get to sleep and when I do I all of a sudden wake up. Tightness in chest but not like a heart attack or anything im 33 and no history in family of that.??????

Please help with suggestions.

I have the forehead and sinus pressure due, its all coming from the upper back of my head where my head meets my neck and under it a bit ( the suboccipital region ). does laying on your back the head touchin ur pillow makes it worse?

I'm suffering from anxiety since i have those symptoms and chronic neck spasm... i think it might be some nerves irritated by the the pressure the muscles in the back of the head are pulling.

If you can't trigger pain or feeling more pain by pressing against the suboccipital region of you head and neck then it might be sinus related...
