For the past month or so, every morning I
wake up, my head and neck are very sweaty.
It is summer, but we keep our a/c on
every night, and I never remember having
this problem before. There is a very
good chance I have sleep apnea, because my
bf says every night I snore until I stop
breathing for a bit, then I shoot up out
of bed gasping for air several times a
night. (i have not been diagnosed.) I
was just wondering if anyone knew if the
apnea might be causing the sweat, or if
there's something else that would cause
this. I rarely drink caffeine, but I do
smoke about 10 or so cigarettes a day.
Could it be the cigarettes? I have never
gotten this sweaty head stuff before.
