My step daughters mom is pregant at the age of 40 she went to have some tests done (iron etc....). At the testing place they said that the baby's heartbeat was great and strong, then she went to her other doctor and the nurse said they couldn't find a heartbeat at all and that she had a miscarriage. But, she had no signs of micarriaging at all.

Please explain to me???????
