Q: Symptoms of Peripheral Neuropathy

I have had a numbness/tingling/weakness sensation on my left side esp.in upper shoulder area.I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and p.a.d. can this also be the cause of these sensations in arm area?thank you for your time and energy. Rhonda

Multiple Sclerosis Answer A1160

Peripheral neuropathy can cause the symptoms you describe. Peripheral arterial disease (PAD), however, doesn’t cause the symptoms. It can only cause pain during physical activity of the arm.
