Me and my mom were filling out a third party liability briefing form for health insurance from kaiser permanente. My family was in a car accident a month ago.
On it, i'm supposed to fill out the "patient's version of accident".
I have no idea what that means. Is that asking us what we thought happened in the accident or something?
