Q: White Patches On Face

I have spots of white patches on my skin that are dry.
I can't seem to get them off. I've scrubbed till I bled a bit. Im currently applying ginseng juice to the skin, but it hurts because my skin is dry.
Does anybody have any medicine that might work?

if you have what i had you shoudl buy a soap called "salicylic acid and sulfur soap for skin care" along with a cream called "canesten" wash face with soap dry skin massage cream on face . do twice a day for 2 weeks. hope this helps
