I've read alot about ectopic pregnancy. I'm 4 weeks pregnant and am experiencing really bad period-like cramps. I keep hearing not to worry and I go to the doc tomorrow but i've also read the symptoms for ectopic pregnancy and it says it can be it if you have severe pain. How severe should your pain be? Also, i'm not bleeding. I'm confused on the difference. Someone please help me!!!
