I your referring to seminal fluid then the answer yes I believe that sperm can live inside a womens body up to three days, so you better believe that if there is any sperm in there that they are alive.

There are "virgins" that have gotten pregnant, just because they thought that if he didn't go "all the way in" they wouldn't get preg. If your afraid of preg or std's you should look into this. Always use some form of protection.

You can most definitely get a woman pregnant by doing that...Its called immaculate conception...No sex, but a baby 9 months later....People think you actually have to have sex to get pregnant...Thats not the point, the whole point of making a baby is for the mans sperm to fertilize the womans egg...It doesnt matter how it gets there....Ever wonder how artificial insemination works? They place the sperm inside of her....No sex needed....If ur sperm comes anywhere close to her vagina theres just a big of a risk of her getting preg. As if you were to actually have sex...
