About 1 every month to two months, ususally at night, I experience a very strong dull pain coming from my prostate/pelvic area. Just recently it occured after a bowel movement. It ususally lasts for about 30 minutes and then goes away. I am 29 years old and this has been happening for about 5 to 6 years. Any info on this would be very helpful.

I am 61 years old and have had the same problem for 4/5 years. My PSA spiked from 1.7 to 2.4 in the last year. My personal physican feels there is no cause for concern at this point. Comments please
