I recently moved to seattle and since I have, am being plagued by the 'burning eye' syndrome. I lived in the south all my life and never had a problem til I moved here. My nose runs and I constantly feel like i'm coming down with a cold.

I don't want to take medication that makes me drowsy like sudafed or whatnot... But i"m terrified of needles (yes, even at 30).

I read a little about sublingual immunotherapy being the new thing.

Does anyone know about it? Side effects of the drops? Does it work?
