Q: Pill + Vitamin= Nausea?

Hello,

i haven't been taking my one-a-day multi-vitamin for a couple of months, but I recently started again coincidentally when I started a new pack of tri-sprintec. But, all of a sudden, 10 minutes after taking the two (even with food) i'm getting incredibly nauseous. And it's lingering a little bit all day. No chances of pregnancy, by the way, b/c I haven't had sex since having my last period, and i've never missed a pill.
What gives?
