Another Brit Just Saying 'hi" Posted: 11-21-07 09:15am
Hi Sue,
Another member pointed out yr post to me
bec of the 'uk' bit. I've been posting a
couple of times trying to get some advise
but as you may hve noticed as lovely as
they are most members are stateside. So
firstly I wanted to say hi and I'm a
southener (Oh dear) based in London.
My story's quite a long one (thread 'post
car accident..inflammation and extreme
back pain'.....Noelle in back pain forum
if you want to hve a gander it's a bit
long so get yrslf a cup of tea and a few
choccy biscuits). Short version; after
many years of back & sciatica
problems, had spinal fusion and
decompression on L5-S1 in 97 & 98.
Neither successful really so after many
many years of various pain management
attempts have been left with bad
days/better days but always days of pain.
Going thru particularly bad relapse at the
mo (second thread 'Help, recommendations
for london-based neurosurgeon...same
forum) so I'm searching for a 'Dr House'
type who won't give up on me till he/she
finds out just what's going on!!!
I'm sorry I don't know anything about
'Dynesis Surgery' but if you need to off
load-moan-rant-whatever I'm here..... so
go right ahead. Looking forward to hearing
from you....if I haven't sent you running
for the hills....well walking at yr own
pace, I'm stuck in bed so wouldn't be able
to catch you anyhow lol.
