Okay I have a question, I use to be overweight, but I lost the weight and now im at about 105lbs, 5'1", yes im happy with my weight and everything, but im having problems getting rid of the extra skin and cellulite, leftover, I cant stand having any kind of cellulite or whatever on my body, but its a big problem on my legs when I squish my skin together I can see it, and im just wondering whats the best thing for me to do to get rid of it the fastest way. Like foods I should avoid ( ive been trying to be sure I dont pig out, I dont wanna gain weight back), what kind of excersises, and how often in a week I should work out.
