I have hepatitis c, I found out last september, i'm 20 years old, my viral load is about 3.5 million, my sub-type is 1a, I have a biopsy scheduled for next month and I will begin treatment shortly after that. I need to find a birth control method that is a sure thing and that I don't have to remember to take every day which was my problem with the pill. I was thinking about ortho evera, or depo provera, but I worried that the patch would irritate my skin as some adhesives do that. Any advic you could give would be greatly appreciated.
