So i've noticed this for a couple months now.. It hurts to touch my left nipple, not so much hurts, but it feels sore and kinda aches when I touch it or rub it. I also noticed that theres a lump behind the nipple. I can feel a lump behind my right nipple but its much smaller and doesnt hurt when I touch it.
Just wondering if it's something you go through in puberty or what but I just turned 18 so I figured I was more or less done with that..
