I have had a problem where I would ocasionally get a weard heartbeat like it would skip a couple or just not beat right I can feel it and it its defently noticable. I just take a deep breath and its gone. It have had it happen maybe 1 or 2 times a month. But in the past 2 days I have been getting it more like 2 times a day today it happend 2 times. Just the last time it lasted for 3 or 4 seconds where it usually lasts for like a second. This time after it returned to normal I had a slight pain in my chest and a feeling of tightness for a min.

I am 21 years old and the only change recely is h have been doing a huge amount of physical work lifing boxex moving stuff up and down stairs for the past 3 days. I did that for 6 hours one day and also I have been sleeping for only 4-5 hours a day. I was wondering if there is a serious problem or is it just working too much on little sleep.
