Hello,

i'm wondering if anyone can help me to figure out possible expalanations for the following symptoms. Throughout my sinuses, at least from the back of my nose down through to the top of the back of my throat I feel constant needle-like pain. This occurs in the absence of blockage (i can breathe freely through both nostrils), drainage or other symptoms of sinusitis. I do have several allergies (pet dander, pollen, etc) that I am exposed to regularly. This can be quite excruciating and to me resembles the kind of pain I had when I had shingles.

Thanks!
Randy
