I have a couple of keloid scars from adult onset chicken pox that are quite unattractive and annoying even as they are extremely raised and large. What is the best procedure to get them removed? My skin type is prone to these raised scars, so i'm afraid that removing it will only result in another one.

Any advice on chicken pox scars?
