Two Missed Periods....i Really Need Advice And Help!!! Posted: 06-22-06 21:36pm
My last period was in april. Before
that, I had never missed a period and been
pretty regular. Then, I was about 5'3"
and weighed about 147 pounds. I went on
a diet/exercise plan after that period and
now I weigh 133 pounds. I haven't had a
period since then either and i'm really
worried. It's against my religion to
take birth control, and I don't have a
doctor or any insurance to see one.
Will my period come back if I start eating
more calories (i'm a vegetarian too, if it
means anything)? I'm really scared and
I don't know what to do...Please help!!
(i'm also a virgin, so I know i'm not
pregnant!)

Well gee hun. If you're not having sex,
then you don't have anything to worry
about. I know from personal experience
that when I am very active and if I change
my diet, I have a period every 3 months or
so. Once I gain wait or I get lazy or
less active, I have my period every month.
I think that your body is just getting
adjusted to loosing weight. Congrats on
your healthy lifestyle and you will be
just fine. We are the same height (though
I weight 145 and want to loose 10 pounds
too.)
