 I have pain / irritation within my penis, on the underside of the glans area. It has been bothering me constantly for about 5 months now. All tests for std's have come back negative, and I have been prescribed several antibiotics to include erythromicin for 5 days, and later doxycyc. And ofloxacin at the same time for two straight weeks. After seeing a urologist, I was given nitrofurantn for a possible urinary tract infection. X-rays were taken in search of kidney stones, and later a scope went in, but the urologist found nothing that looked wrong in the urinary tract or bladder. I was later given flucanazol in case my problem was coming from a yeast infection, but that didn't help either.

Besides the pain, I have chills constantly, but no fever. I always feel like I have the chills. I know that both the chills and the pain in the penis increase for several days after having sex. It does not hurt to urinate or ejaculate, but the act of having an erection and having sex seems to tramatise or irritate whatever is wrong down there. During this time, I have seen my family physician, a urologist, and an infectious disease doctor. None of them has been able to figure out what may be wrong with me.

Conditions aren't always that simple to diagnose, and if you goto a modern doctor like that, you'll get the run around for 10 years until you solve the problem yourself... Tell me more about your lifestyle. Do you take any perscription, otc or alternative meds? Important!-how much of caffeiene alcohol, cigarettes or other diuretics (herbs) do you take? Do you drink water throughout the day? What kind of job do you have? Elaborate on anything you think may be irrelevant? Do you use a new soap that could be irritating you? Think of everything you can, write it down and respond to me. I also would like to know your age.

Try This
I know this might sound silly at first, but its a simple /$2 experiment for starters. Goto the grocery store, find a package of frozen spinach (not fresh). Make a meaty(packed) half full cup of thawed spinach by putting it inthe microwave for 30-60 sec. Other options is steaming, but its a pain. Do not fry, boil, etc. Do this before your chill episodes or when you sense that erection is going to cause the problem, take a break and take the spinach. Try not to add salt, just force yourself to take the raw thawed half cup a few times. Let me know what this does for the chills.
