Im always shaking and nervous at work and sweat really bad im not sure whats wrong with me if im asked to do something even if I know how to do it I get all nervous and so sweaty that I look like a fool and im scared to work with other guys at my work cause il be so shaky and sweaty that I wont be able to perform it sux so bad I dread work cause of it.After 1 hour of bein at work I look like I went swimming with my clothes on.I just dont know what to do anymore I dont want to go to work cause of it please help.
