Heart Problem

Can any one pls help? My husband is 32 years old and has a heart problem.When he was 30 he was diagnosed with high bp and had one artery clogged.But after maintaining a healthy life style and yoga he managed to get his bp under control.Now his bp remains normal.Since past one year he complains of pain in left side lower rib cage.He also gets pain in the palm and elbow of left hand.He is very often constipated.He even has gas problem.We have tried alot but couldnt do anything much for his gas problem.His pains r very regular now.Once it starts then it remians for a long time.
Now I am confused as to how do I relate to this.Whether this is realted to heart or this is just a gastric problem.
