I had laperscopic surgery already my tubes were blocked she put dye in it an it went through sucessfully an the other 1 just a little bit,and she laser off some of th adhesion, but still have not gotten pregnant yet. Why?

I had a laparaoscopy in july, and I was told that it could take up untill a year for my insides to recover and repair properly, I hope this helps xxx
