Hi. Recently I have been feeling the need to urinate alot and I have been drinking water alot more than usual and feeling thirsty most of the time, I have also been feeling very tired . I was wondering if anyone could help.

You probably should have your sugar tested. Another symptom that I had was my stomach got big (almost like I was prego). But thirst is one of the main symptoms.

Frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision are some of common symptoms of diabetes you should have tested for diabetes. Edit
