Q: Unknown Birth Defect

I am trying to locate more information about a rare birth defect. Phoenetically, it is "gershonee boosh", and it is often confused with trisomy 13 in early stages. I am not sure of the correct spelling, so this is making my search difficult. Is anyone familiar with it?
