Q: Attracted to Gross Things

I am attracted (sexually) to things I am really not proud of. Does anyone know of any methods/excersises to help not be sexually attracted to something?

Thanks. Not sure if this goes here or even on this forum, i'm getting sorta worried and I just googled you guys.

And no I won't discuss what exactly it is, it really shouldn't matter. I don't see why it would.
