So i've only noticed this in the last week or so.
I've been having a bit of discomfort when I piss, sometimes it'll feel like I am going to piss out a kidney or something haha, like when im drained it feels uncomfortable at the base of my penis, kinda like when you cut off a piss it hurts in the same area.. Also sometimes I will really need to but when I go to the bathroom hardly anything comes out and its really acidic (im assuming, cause it burns a bit) and its a strong yellow in colour.

I did some searches on here and what I came up with was either a urinary tract infection or cystitis/gonnorhea..

Im hoping its not some std, ive only had 1 partner before and I wear a condom about 80% of the time.. Not perfect but I dont always have them around..

Anyways she doesnt seem to have any problems herself and I think she would tell me if she did so what do you guys think? Uti, or std, and what should I do?
