My son used to get them in the winter because of the dry heat in the house. He grew out of it. Try using a humidifier. If that does not work. It may be a sign of something different. High blood pressure for one. Or some kind of change in medication you are taking. I would check with a doctor before you loose too much blood and become anemic.
